Travel day to Maui, Hawaii. You will be flying into the Kahului Airport (OGG), located approximately 30 minutes from the resort.

A reminder for those traveling from Colorado and East of Colorado, you are permitted to arrive on Tuesday, May 5th due to the length of travel.  Anyone traveling from West of Colorado (including Arizona, Utah, California, etc) will be covered May 6-9th.

*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

Upon arrival in Maui, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Tebra sign for your transfer to the hotel. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. 

• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive. 
• You will be provided $600 USD per person ($1,200 per couple) to spend at the Marriott on food and beverage over your stay.  This amount will be covered by Tebra directly, please just make sure you charge back these costs to your hotel room.  Anything over the $600 per person ($1,200 per couple), you will be asked to cover that personally. 
• Afternoon at Leisure

 

6:30 - 9:00 PM - Welcome Reception Kahoolawe Lawn at Wailea Beach Resort. Please join us for dinner and drinks on the Kahoolawe Lawn to kickoff our Club event. 

 

Thursday 5/7/2026

Breakfast on your own. Breakfast is served at both Humble Kitchen and Whale's Tale.  For those looking for grab and go there is a Starbucks on property. Remember you will have a food and beverage stipend to use towards breakfast spend!

Today is all yours to relax and enjoy the resort!

Relax on the golden sandy beaches or in one of the different Maui pools and soak up the sun, including the adults-only infinity edge Maluhia Pool, the family-friendly ‘Ohi Pools which feature two oceanfront pools and whirlpool spas, or for those looking for adventure check out the waterslides on property at the Nalu Adventure Pool! Below you will find some great perks included in your stay! Please note the schedules for the complimentary activities/classes will be provided the week of the event. Here is an example of the weekly calendar.

Please note, this is a first come first come service. One of our favorite activities in the Maui area to recommend is a hiking experience with our trusted partners at Hike Maui who provide amazing daily hiking tours!

 

Dinner: At Leisure - We highly recommend making reservations ahead of time for tonight's dinner if you plan on eating at one of the resort's restaurants.

The Marriott provides a complimentary shuttle within Wailea.  Keep in mind the courtesy vehicles will be busy with a full hotel so just give yourself an extra 20 minutes. A reminder that the food and beverage stipend provided by Tebra can only be used for charges on property at the Marriott*

Please remember that choosing Resort Credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel towards extending your stay an additional night, food, beverage, or for another activity/tour offered by the resort!
