Yes, every Tebra President's Club inductee can invite one guest. Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend. It should be someone that is an important part of your life.
All RSVPs must be received by February 27, 2026. Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the May trip.
The Hotel has been pre-booked and billed to the company so please do not reserve your own room.
During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to select the bedding type for your room (Queen/King vs 2 beds). Please note that this is NOT GUARENTEED rather based upon availability at the resort.
All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel. Once you submit your registration, a member from the EGT team will provide flight options for you and your guest with 48-72 hours to review. Once approved, the flights will be booked and confirmation sent to you.
Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendees flight. Any flights that go over budget, you will be held responsible for the difference and can cover that through Executive Group Travel.
ALL FLIGHTS will be booked to arrive to and depart from Maui's Kahului Airport (OGG).
All flights must be booked by March 13th!
Please email info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. Please note that availability for extensions is extremely limited and the group rate offered three days pre and post, based on room and rate availability.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.
Please keep in mind any additional extensions that fall on work days will count against your PTO.
Tebra will be providing airport transfers to/from the Maui's Kahului Airport (OGG). Please note transfers will only be provided for those landing at the airport on May 5th & May 6th and departing May 9th. This is not a shuttle service but instead small group transfers organized per flight. If you arrive in Maui earlier than your designated date, it is your responsibility to make your way to your host hotel for the President's Club portion of your trip.
Please note that transportation will only be arranged on group arrival and departure dates. If you are extending your trip prior to or after the event, you will be responsible to arrange your own transportation to or from the airport.
The average daytime highs in Maui in May range from mid-70s to the mid-80's. The weather is perfect for water activities as the ocean warms to about 76°F.

Credit Card - When you check in to the hotel, you will be asked to place a credit card on file and resort will place a hold on your credit card for incidentals. The hold amount will be released approximately 7 days after check-out back to your credit card. We highly recommend using a credit card instead of a debit card.
The hotel is not all-inclusive. Tebra has provided $600 per person resort credit on your room account to help defray the cost of food and drinks throughout the trip. Anything over the $600 ($1,200 if bringing a guest) will be your responsibility.
At the end of your trip, if there is a balance from the resort credit issued to you and your guest, please note that there isn't a cash payout option, the remaining balance will just go back to the company to invest towards future trips!
There will be two options.
1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to resort details to airport transfer information!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
