[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?
Yes, every Tebra President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.  
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All registrations will be sent out by February 22nd and registrations will be due by March 1, 2023.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel.  Please stay tuned on flight booking details to follow.

Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendees flight.  Any flights that go over budget, you will be held responsible for the difference and can cover that through Executive Group Travel.

Please remember to fly into SJD (Los Cabos International Airport).

All flights must be booked by March 10th!

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes. When you arrive to SJD airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the TEBRA sign held by AMSTAR once you exit the airport. Once we are closer to the trip they will provide the number pole they will be waiting under.

Upon arrival, when you pass through immigration, please make sure you keep the white bottom section of the immigration form as you will need it to depart the country!

For your transfer from Garza to the SJD airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.

 

Transfers from your home to the airport have not been booked for you.  You are responsible to get yourself to and from the airport for this trip.  You may expense up to $100 total for these expenses.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Please email info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. Please note that availability for extensions is extremely limited.

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.

Please keep in mind any additional extensions that fall on work days will count against your PTO.   

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits, sundresses, and sandals will be worn for most of the event.  Please do not wear bathing suits within the hotel without appropriate cover up or a shirt.

For the evenings we do recommend Resort Casual.  This is long pants, collar shirt, and no sandals for men.  For women long slacks, blouses, sundresses, etc are recommended.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What can I expense from this trip?

Given this is an all-inclusive property, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip)!  

Please remember- bottles of wine are NOT included as part of the all-inclusive package. Glasses of wine are complimentary. If you choose to upgrade your wine at dinner, we do ask that you cover that personally.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  Your Travefy individual itinerary will also post any updates to the trip, we highly recommend downloading the app to make it easier to view throughout the trip.
