[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?

Yes, you can bring a spouse, significant other, or friend. It is adults-only resort so no kids allowed.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVPs must be received by February 28, 2025. Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the May trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need to book my own hotel?

The Hotel has been pre-booked and billed to the company so please do not reserve your own room. 

During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to select the bedding type for your room (Queen/King vs 2 beds). Please note that this is NOT GAURENTEED rather based upon availability at the resort.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel.  Please stay tuned on flight booking details to follow.

Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendees flight.  Any flights that go over budget, you will be held responsible for the difference and can cover that through Executive Group Travel.

Please remember to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).

All flights must be booked by March 14th!

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Please email info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. Please note that availability for extensions is extremely limited and the group rate is honored for three nights prior to the start of Club and three nights after Club concludes.

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.

Please keep in mind any additional extensions that fall on work days will count against your PTO.   

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided in Mexico?

Yes. When you arrive to Cancun airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Tebra sign held by Amstar DMC once you exit the airport. They will be wearing blue Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.

Please note that transportation will only be arranged on group arrival and departure dates. If you are extending your trip prior to or after the event, you will be responsible to arrange your own transportation to or from the airport.

For your transfer from Unico to the Cancun airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

The high temperatures in Cancun on average in early May is 89°F. 

A few other helpful items to bring:

  • Valid Passport - your passport must be valid through your departure date for those attending from the US. *Please note that you are responsible to understand the travel requirements to travel to and from your home country. This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.*
  • A Credit Card will be required at the time of check in for incidentals
  • Resort Casual attire
  • Bathing Suit
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Active Wear for those looking to use the resorts fitness center

This is a casual trip and long pants are not required at any of the restaurants. 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is included in the all-inclusive package?

All inclusive means not having to worry about the details. here's a list of everything that will be included in your stay.

A reminder that bottle service and the gift shops at the resort are NOT INCLUDED in your all-inclusive package.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to resort details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
